Richard Nancekivell MRICS, FAAV has 30 years’ experience in property auction and development/land promotion arenas, covering all areas of rural property sales and complex development work. Richard attended the Royal Agricultural College and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1991 and began working with Promotion & Option Agreements, in the Northamptonshire area.

In 1995, Richard qualified as a Fellow of Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, which coincided with a move back to Bristol, and became a partner in a small firm of Chartered Surveyors in North Somerset where he spent the next 25 years. During January 2021 he moved in order to set up his own practice and concentrate on offering a bespoke service to an existing select list of clients in the South West, predominantly linked to Bristol, Devon and Somerset.
